Issue summary

This error occurs when an income amount gets verified with plan activations. This verified amount then gets used in decision logic/Pulse Summary Screens, over riding the clients up to date income  This results in there debt advise being inaccurate, incorrect surplus when the plan is activated and the client being presented incorrect debt solutions.

Current Workaround

Remove the income from the budget.

Re-add the income to the budget.

This resets the verified amount.

Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround

The above work around has been accepted as this issue appears to have occurred on a small scale. A ticket should be raised and sent to application support if this issue happens and the above steps followed.
