Affected System: Pulse, Breathing Space Application
Issue summary
In pulse, when a client or advisor opens the breathing space application the debt summary show’s incorrectly as 0 debts. This causes confusion/concern with both advisors and clients.

Current Workaround
Raise a Fresh ticket which will be assigned to the app support team.
Contact the breathing space team who will be able to assist in checking the client’s application has gone through successfully.
If it hasn’t the Breathing Space team will be able to make a manual application on behalf of the client.
Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround
It has been identified that this is a visual-only issue and there is no impact to the client’s application. The creditor summary will show the correct creditors have been included and if the breathing space application is checked it shows the debts.
As of December 2025, there have been no new reported incidents in the last 9 months, so the problem record has been closed. If this error dose present, please follow the work around and raise a ticket so the appropriate team can be made aware.
