Issue summary

In pulse’s chat some clients are coming through with no DAV number or client reference. Example image below:

 

Current Workaround

Advisors should:

 Ask the clients for these details and advise as normal

Take a print screen of the error and he client’s details

Raise a fresh ticket including the above information

Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround

This error was resolved and the last report occurrence of this was in 2023.
