Issue summary
When clients on a joint plan pursue separate debt solutions pulse isn’t generating the split plans. This shows as:
- The budget not being split
- Clients and advisors not being able to access the separate plans
- The old joint plan still being accessible.
- Advisors and clients not being able to make amendments to the joint account.
Current Workaround
Raise a ticket via the fresh portal so this can be assigned to the correct problem record.
Create a new case for each client and add a comment to this with the reference of the split plan
Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround
When first looking into this it seemed that almost all joint plans would break when going through separate solutions. On further it has been identified that there isn’t one root cause for this but multiple separate issues causing this. As there is multiple causes and not enough cases reported in the last 6 months (as of November 2025) this problem record has been closed down. Problem Records 545,546 and 547 have been opened to investigate separate elements of this.
