This document provides information on how to contact the IT Team, It Champs in each office and other Details
Contact Information
In relation to IT issues or requests (where possible) always raise a fresh ticket. This is the first method of contact. It allows us to keep record and identify trends/ongoing issues. If the issue is impacting your ability to work or urgent, please raise the ticket and then call the line.

0113 235 5345 – (Please call the line from your mobile phone rather than Genesys, this removes the risk of being cut off if Genesys closes down etc)
The line is open between 08:00 and 18:00 (there is also someone available 18:00-20:00 and on Saturdays 09:00-14:00)

While we have IT Champs and Service Desk members in other areas the main service desk address is below (When returning stock i.e. laptops from leavers please send them to this address).

Each office has an IT champion who work with service desk. This are listed below:

FAQ’S
Q: I have equipment to return but am unable to bring this to the office?
A: In some cases, health conditions or external circumstance’s mean a laptop can’t be brought to the local office. If this is the case reach out to your Team leader. Once this has been discussed they will raise a ticket and the Service desk team and organise pick up.
Q: How do I contact IT Champions?
A: Please raise a ticket like normal and the IT team will pass these to the IT Champions when necessary.
