Issue summary

When clients are trying to upload documents for the income verification they are met with the below error:

 

The client is then unable to continue with there debt advice journey which can damage the charity’s reputation and lead to a worsening of the clients debt situation

Current Workaround

Ask the client to:

  • clear there cache
  • log out of the system
  • fully close down there web browser
  • Reopen the web browser and log back in

If this doesn’t work the client will need to email in there documentation and advisors will manually process them.

Please ensure a ticket is raised on all occasions and advise if the above steps fixed it or not.

Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround

 The root cause of this has been found. By making a test account and recreating the error it was Identified that the following causes the error message to appear:

Label: NoAccessForFlowAction

Section: pyCaseActionArea

When rule: pzNoActionsToPerform

This indicates a connection issue as the above tells us that there are no actions to preform on the assignment. The wording was amended to be more user friendly and prompts the client to log out then back in.

As of December 2025, there have been no new occurrences of the error reported. If this occurs, please follow the above workaround.
