Issue summary

When clicking on the ‘make changes’ button no drop-down menu is appearing.

The image below show’s the page where the issue occurs (the issue isn’t limited to part one and can occur whenever the make changes button is required

 

This prevents the client or advisor from completing the budget and stops the client from continuing there debt advise journey.

Current Workaround

Refresh the page on pulse.

Clear the cookies and permissions on your web browser.

Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround

This issue is a  pulse page is loading error. If any page loads incorrectly the process would be to refresh/reload this. Multiple things can impact a page loading. No problem occurring.
