Issue summary
When Breathing Space Applications are submitted the below error message appears which results in the application not going through. This is picked up by the Application Support team.
Current Workaround
The clients cases are passed on to the breathing space team so a manual application can be submitted on behalf of the client.

Information about this error is still being gathered so the root cause can be found and addressed.
