Issue summary
This occurs on clients’ accounts when Breathing space applications are made. The application won’t submit resulting in delays and a potential worsening of the client’s debt situation.
Current Workaround
Raise a fresh ticket which will be assigned to app support and the problem record.
On the breathing space application go into the clipboard.
Asses the debt totals looking for any that are less than £1.
Change any found to £1.
Save your changes and then re-submit the application.
Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround
The above work around is accepted and these steps should be completed to resolve the issue. The problem record remains open to analyse the frequency of this happening
