Affected System: Breathing space applications, Pulse
Issue summary
This occurs on clients breathing space applications when it is submitted the address dose not fully complete. This can cause delays in breathing space being put in place for the client leading to a negative client experience and worsening of the client’s debt situation.
Current Workaround
A ticket should be submitted and allocated to the application support team.
Where possible app support will:
- identify the full address using royal mail postcode finder - Postcode Finder - Find an address │ Royal Mail Group Ltd
- update the breathing space application through the clipboard
- re-submit the application
When the full address can’t be identified:
- this will be passed to the breathing space team to investigate further
- once the address is found the breathing space team will make app support aware so they can complete this like above.
Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround
The root cause of the issue has not been Identified yet and could be caused by multiple factors rather than one set source. Currently information on how many times the error occurs is being collected.
