Issue summary
This presents as an error message, and the Action Report shows as Blank.
The CAM team are unable to complete there BAU and process the held debts.
Current Workaround
Raise a Fresh ticket which the DBA Team will action.
They will send the results of this through to the CAM Team via the fresh ticket, assign it to the problem record and close the ticket.
Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround
There has been no new occurrence of this for 6 months since November 2025. If the error occurs, please follow the above work around.
