Issue summary

The statement control plugin has failed to save any updated changes. This means that the statement_date, payment_due_date and messages show the data relating to the current month as opposed reflecting the details for the following month.

This results in all clients who pay towards there DMP’s via any method that is not Direct Debit being sent a reminder to make payment on the previous months cutoff date.

Current Workaround

As a monthly action someone in the CAM Team will raise a fresh ticket including the wording in which they want the message to say.

The IT work around will then be actioned.

Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround

The root cause is unknown at present, but it is suspected that it relates to the changes that went live on 16/09/2018 to the NSB Bus Adapter. Further investigation is needed to resolve this. Please follow the above work around.
