Issue summary

This issue occurs when a creditor’s name is changed or edited. The set-up date associated to the creditor also changes causing data loading problems in DWH.

Current Workaround

Please raise a fresh ticket which will be assigned to the app support team and the work around will be run.

Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround

This issue appears to occur in a limited capacity. The workaround is now accepted and the problem record closed.
