Issue summary
The assignment disappears from a client’s case meaning advisors can’t continue the client’s debt advice journey and the clients are unable to access the online accounts.
Current Workaround
Please raise a fresh ticket so this can be assigned to the problem record which is still under investigation. The App Support team will also implement the current workaround fix for this so the impact to the client is minimal.
Permanent Solution / Accepted Workaround
The root cause has yet to be found investigation indicates that the error links to the client being on or accessing breathing space.
The assignment usually reappears after a few working days, however if it doesn’t the assignment can be added manually by the application support team.
